Gisele Bündchen will forever cheer for her stepson.
The supermodel celebrated ex-husband Tom Brady's son Jack—who the former NFL star shares with Bridget Moynahan—in honor of his Sweet 16 on Aug. 22, sharing snapshots of the birthday boy throughout the years alongside a heartfelt tribute. One throwback photo showed Gisele carrying a then-baby Jack in her arms, while the teen is pictured standing back-to-back with the 43-year-old in an image taken in recent years.
"Happy birthday Jack!" Gisele captioned her Instagram post. "I can't believe that you are turning 16! I remember when you were just a little peanut and now you are towering over me."
She continued, "I am so lucky to have you in my life and I will always be here for you no matter what! Love you so much!"
Jack was also fêted by Tom—who shares son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian, 10, with Gisele—in a separate post on the retired quarterback's Instagram page.
"16 years of joy with the the [sic] (sweetest, kindest, most loving etc etc) son, brother, friend and teammate any parent could ever hope for," the 46-year-old captioned photos of his oldest child. "You have changed our lives since the day you were born and everyday since has been such a blessing for everyone who knows you and is lucky to have you in their life."
The seven-time Super Bowl winner also jokingly noted that the "next step" for Jack is learning to drive, quipping, "hahahaha … I'm gonna make sure I'm off the road."
Jack was born in 2007, eight months after his dad started dating Gisele. Though it was "a challenging situation" at first, according to Gisele, she and Bridget, 52, were able to weather the storm to eventually form a "great relationship."
"Everything in life comes with work," she told Vanity Fair earlier this year. "You have to go through the roller coaster. You have moments where you get to the sticky points and you've gotta overcome it."
Describing Jack as her "bonus child," the Brazil native added that she feels "so blessed" to have a blended family.
"My world was them," Gisele shared. "I was taking them to school every day. I was making them breakfast, lunch… I was there."
And though Gisele and Tom finalized their divorce in October after 13 years of marriage, the two continue to put on a united front for their kids.
"I'm trying to raise them—we all are, myself and their mom—in a very loving way toward one another," Tom explained to E! News in June, "to be very kind, to be empathetic and to have great perspective. Our kids are growing up in different ways than we grew up but also we want to raise them with the right values."
